The process:
Karen utilizes an integrative approach to therapy including Client-Centered and Solution Focused techniques in which the focus is on the present and creating a desired future as opposed to the problems of the past. This approach highlights and maximizes the clients strengths to assist them to move forward towards a more fulfilling life. She also utilizes guided meditation to assist clients to access their own inner wisdom and truth and for healing and transformation. Her practice is founded on the philosophy of Transpersonal Psychology.

All sessions are private and confidential in nature. Accepted methods of payment are checks, cash, credit card (Greenwood Village location only), credit card via Pay Pal, and money orders (US funds). Checks are to be made out to Creative Transformations.
Sessions are $80 for a full hour or $120 for 1.5 hours. Karen offers a complimentary 20-minute telephone consultation to determine if her services are a good fit for you.
